Caravan For Sale
westbrook tahiti, 30x10, 6 berth, 2001 model
£4000

VAN DETAILS- it is a westbrook tahiti, 30x10, 6 berth, 2001 model. The van has 2 bedrooms with a seperate toilet and shower, it has a double fold out bed situated in the living area, the van has never had any damp or leaks what so ever and is of good solid construction. The van will have atleast 10 to 15 years on site provided you keep it clean and well presented along with the area around your van.
it has a long wooden veranda, garden furniture and a lockable metal outside storage box. The van was fully undersealed last summer.
SITE DETAILS- the site is the Golden Palm which is known by many as the Robin Hood site, it is regarded is Blue Anchor's premier site in chapel st leonards, very near to our van you have the kiddies play park, a few yards further you have the heated indoor swimming pool which has certain sessions free every day for caravan owners. there is a laundry next door with the Club Tropicana next door to that. The club is very popular as it regularly has top class entertainment for all the family, if you like the bingo then this club has some very big jackpots at times! the club has a supervised kids play area so you can have a drink and watch the entertainment without worry. Van owners are given 2 free passes for the club every season.
Other ammenities on site are a host of different ammusements for kids young and old, crazy golf, mini rollercoasters, traditional fish and chip shop, indian, chinese take aways. there is also a gift shop, large supermarket, and designer fashion outlet.
SALE DETAILS- if this van was on sale at any of the local site sales offices it would easily be on at around £5500 to £6000, you can come and check this yourself by just having a wander round the van sales in chapel and looking at what you get for £5500k you also have to bare in mind that at the end of this year you will have to find your ground rent for next season 2010, which will be roughly £2000 depending what site your van is on.
The price I am asking for our van is £4000 which is a significant saving compared to buying from a site sales.
The reason I am selling at this price is basically because of redundancy, there is nothing wrong with the van at all, you are welcome to come and have a good look round, inside and out.
I am dropping the price to £4000 to also help the new buyer have cash left to find ground rent at the end of this season and to hopefully get a quick sale so I can recoup some cash to pay on my mortgage. I am told by the site office that there is some type of installment plan in place for people who want to spread the cost over a slightly longer period.
The van is available for sale from the 2nd week of September due to having to honour bookings taken earlier this year, you will still have up untill the end of October of this year/season to use the van before the site closes for winter.
The asking price is for the van only, I am chucking in FREE OF CHARGE the wooden veranda, all fixtures and fittings inside the van like Sony TV, DVD player, CD radio player, Fridge, Microwave, Hoover and many more items. I will also chuck in free the metal storage box for your gas bottles etc and a set of plastic garden chairs. The plastic garden storage box I am removing when sold as I need this for some storage at home but some of its contents I will leave for the new owner like a lawn mower and a few other bits and bobs, if anyone wants the plastic storage box then a deal can be sorted seperately for it if you wish.
This van is in great condition and not to be compared to other vans for sale at 4k, as I say it is only being sold because I have lost my job and to be honest if it were not for that reason we would not be selling as it is a fantastic van on a great site and it is placed in a nice position on site, nice and quiet but near to all the ammenities.
If you are thinking of buying to hire out then you will have no problem making your money for your yearly ground rent (and more) on this site as virtually everyone who comes to chapel wants this site because of everything it has to offer family's and also because it is very near to everything you need for a great holiday, its only a short walk to the beach and chapel village itself, you can even take a slightly longer stroll down the sea front into Ingoldmells with its well known market and fantasy island complex.
this is a dead straight van with a genuine reason for sale so please buy with confidence, if there is anything what so ever further you would like to know about this lovely caravan, then please contact me and I will be happy to assist.
